I'm a friendly, patient Clarinet, Saxophone, Flute and Piano teacher with over 35 years experience.
I teach from beginner to advanced level and individuals of all ages. I also teach music theory.
Over the years I have enjoyed many successes, including good results in ABRSM and LCM exams, both in Classical and Jazz.
I'm of the opinion that anyone can learn to play a musical instrument and I ensure that the lessons are relaxed, enjoyable and pressure-free. Some people will want to play for fun and others may want to sit more formal exams.
In my free time, I'm a member of the local saxophone group Midweek Sax and I also play lead alto with Chorley based big band The Starlight Swing Orchestra
